Where to Watch Fireworks in the Triad for the Fourth of July & other Independence Day Celebrations

Greensboro

• Guilford County Park’s Fireworks Extravaganza will be Wednesday, July 3rd at Northeast park in Gibsonville, starting at 4:00PM with fireworks scheduled to start at 9:30PM
  
• Downtown Greensboro’s annual Fun Fourth celebration starts at 7:30 AM Thursday, July 4th, with the Freedom Run & later in the afternoon from 1:00 - 6:00 PM is the Freedom Fest with various vendors & performers throughout Downtown (including the annual Red, White, and say I Do wedding giveaway).
  
• Fireworks will be on display after the Grasshopper’s game at First National Bank Field. The Grasshoppers will be playing against the Aberdeen IronBirds starting at 6:30PM. There will also be firework displays after the Friday & Saturday games (also scheduled to start at 6:30PM).

Winston Salem

• Wednesday, July 3rd is the Bolt, White & Blue Stadium party at Truist Stadium. This is a kid friendly event with food, music, games, face painting, a balloon artist, & end with a fireworks display.
  
• The largest fireworks display in Winston Salem will be after the Thursday July 4th Dash game against the Hickory Crawdads. The game starts at 7:00PM with fireworks immediately following the game. They will play against the Crawdads again Friday & Saturday evening with fireworks after each of those games as well.
  
• Winston Salem has a second baseball & fireworks option on July 4th with the Carolina Disco Turkeys at Couch Ballpark. They will be playing against the Uwharrie Wampus Cats starting at 6:30PM with a fireworks display following the game.
  
• If you prefer music over fireworks head to Salem Square for the Salem Band’s Stars & Stripes Concert, Thursday July 4th from 7:30-9:00PM

High Point

• High Point will host their annual Uncle Sam Jam at Oak Hollow Festival Park (1841 Eastchester Dr, High Point NC). Gates open at 4:30PM with fireworks around 9:15PM over Oak Hollow Lake.

Kernersville

• If you’re looking for a parade option, head to Downtown Kernersville, Thursday July 4th at 9AM for their Fourth of July Parade. The parade will start at Kernersville Elementary, head down Mountain St, & end at Pinnacle Bank on Broad St.
  
• Kernersville’s 4th of July Concert & Fireworks will take place at the Kernersville Elementary School Raiders Field. Gates open at 5PM with food trucks, music from Special Occasion Band, & a fireworks display.

Summerfield

• Summerfield Farms will host their Fourth on the Farm event from 2:00 - 7:00 PM, Thursday July 4th. This will take place at The Well Truck (behind The Market) & features music, games, face painting, & food trucks.
